Each of the tubes come with a sponge on the top, through which the product is dispensed. It does take a while to be able to work out how to get the product up through the sponge, but all it takes is a little twist of the top just below the sponge head.
A little goes a long way. Two or three small twists, and the product completely covered the back of my hand.
