Decent flosser, works well. I bought one and used it without any problems for 5 months and then it stopped working all of sudden for no apparent reason, and wouldn’t charge. I contacted the customer support at Hangsun and they sent me a brand new one.
So although I was initially disappointed with the product when it stopped working, I have to say the customer service I received was excellent.

This water flosser is really impressive and I’ve seen a big difference when using this rather than just brushing my teeth. It would’ve gotten 5 stars but my box didn’t come with a charging cord hence why it has 4 stars. Not sure where to even get the charger from

I was really impressed with the flosser, which was quite powerful compared to my previous flosser. It took me a couple of days to get used to the extra power, but it was worth it. I use it on soft mode, but there are pulse and normal options too. Water capacity is spot on, just leaving a very small amount in the container as I finish. I used it for around 3 months when sadly it died. The main on/off button stopped working. I contacted customer service and they asked a few questions. I sent a video showing it not working. They sent me a free replacement. No charge, and delivered it to me in 3 days. I am pleased to say the new one is working well. I have rated as 4 stars due to the issue, but cannot fault the service I was given to rectify the problem.

I bought this to replace a Waterpik Flosser I had been using for past 2.5 years which has unfortunately died. This new Hangsun model had more and better features than the Waterpik and after 6 weeks usage it is performing well and doing a great job. Would recommend!

I’ve had 4 or 5 of these over a number of years.. they have improved with features like a larger water reservoir as standard etc. This one is capable, no frills.. in practice I just fill them up and use them on the highest power. They tend to last a bit longer if you take a bit of time to keep them clean and dry between uses, but eventually the battery / pump goes .. I consider them a bit of a ‘consumable’ and happy if I get a year.. but suspect it’s more like 6-9 months.. they do keep my wisdom teeth cleaner at the back.
