This product tames frizz, but it doesn’t leave hair very soft and feels just like hairspray for holding. I prefer other brands.

My hair recovered a lot from this product. This encouraged me to buy the shampoo and conditioner from the same line. I find these do the job (antifreeze) much better than the spray. It is still pretty useful for overnight curls.
