This is a nice toner if used sparingly and in the right places. I have combination skin with my T-zone and hairline being quite oily and my cheeks and forehead being quite dry so finding one product that works on my whole face is a pain in the butt. I first tried using this on my whole face but it was very drying on the dry areas of my face and I even started peeling in places (my skin is sensitive too) so I switched to just using this toner on my T-zone and hairline where I have the most oil and avoiding the drier areas of my face which I just use a second swipe of my rose micellar water on. This seems to work really well for me. This toner is also good for dabbing onto outbreaks, although since using it I have noticed a huge improvement in those anyway.
The only real negative to this, once I figured out how best to use it on my skin, is the smell. It’s not a pleasant scent at all. Luckily it is followed by my serum and moisturiser so the scent doesn’t linger but it’s not a nice smell while applying it. I’m not sure I would repurchase this toner as I continue my search for one I can use on my whole face.

The only brand I’ve found that works on oily skin, especially now on post menopausal breakouts, I use the cleansing pads and moisturizer

I cannot praise this product enough. It has transformed my chin area where I was getting post menopausal acne, mostly as a result of my love of and intolerance to dairy products and Nescafé coffee sachets. I use it twice a day and my skin has been transformed. Instead of trying to cleanse my skin I was just covering up the acne and making it worse. Now, at the tender age of 59 my skin is clear and I seldom get any breakouts. An absolute lifesaver for me.

You can get better more effective toners for cheaper, even ‘simple’ toner has more visible effects, therefore this is overpriced.

The product itself is good, salicyc acid is the only acid that helps my skin, so I love using this as a toner. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is, because of the packaging. When I put the cap on and close it, the bottle starts leaking always through the sides, which means I can’t take it for travelling and have to be very careful to not knock over by accident. It is very hard to get a small amount of product from the bottle as it has a big opening and because of that , the liquid starts pouring if I move the bottle even a bit too up.
