I struggle as a nurse and a mum with dry hands. At times my hands are so sore and cracked and nothing seems to help. I have used various brands which have worked over time, but the scented creams make my hands burn and, and other brands feel really greasy.
I thought I would give this product a go: I have always used the tub version of this, which is thicker in comparison, and does the job beautifully.
The cream is much easier to apply than it’s tub version, and it works just as effectively. The smell is the same too – no perfumes. Aftee using this I have an instant improvement in my hands, and after a day of using after every hand wash, my hands are no longer chapped and sore, and look 10 years younger.

I have really dry cracked and tough elbows very painful and I was using Aveeno and I also have very dry rough working hands from the type of work I do so I was buying and going through bottle after bottle of Aveeno on the recommendation of a work mate but it hardly done anything, I kept seeing O’Keefes and I decided to buy this and the working foot cream and with in a month the difference was amazing. I also use it after shaving and my skin is so much better softer and not in pain anymore. The cracks in my elbows are just about healed my hands are almost back to normal and my skin after shaving is much more supple and healthier. I can’t find any cons to this stuff everyone should use it even if you don’t have cracked skin because it’s so effective. I’ve bought some for my work mate now and he has said it is so much better than Aveeno. I 100% recommended this to anyone who just wants better healthier and more supple gentile skin. It’s not a cure to ageing like some other brands claim because there is no way to stop your skin from loosing its youth but it will keep it looking good.
