Edited. Following on from my previous review, I would just like to thank your customer service team who went above and beyond ensuring I received a replacement item. It is without a doubt a great product and although wanting to replace the one I gave my friend as a gift, she recommended I keep the new one and we have both agreed it is ideal in keeping all our makeup items together and can just grab and go wherever whenever.

I purchased this as a present for a friend for their birthday. Looks great on outside, but sadly mirror with LED light has been attached not straight, which makes the product luck cheaper than it is. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to return for a new one as I had nothing else to present as a gift to my friend.
I’m sure this isn’t the norm, but product has been let down by company’s quality control inspection and I feel I let my friend down by a not so perfect gift ????

Nothing to dislike on this , sturdy ,classy room for everything along with light up mirror .Good quality l may even treat myself to one and l’m sure the recipient will love it .Highly recommend.
