I have highlighted hair which easily becomes brassy. I wanted a between salon visit treatment which would tone down the yellow and orange keep some of the ashy tones my hairdressers achieves. This is it. I don’t write reviews often, but I felt this was product worth celebrating. I left it on for 10 mins as I was scared of going too far and ending up with an uneven tone. Next time, I’m going to do 15 as some of the stubborn yellow is still just about there.
I also want to mention the price and ethics. The brand my hairdresser has mentioned wasn’t cruelty free and was twice the price. While this could still be considered mid price as opposed to cheap, I used the tiniest amount meaning the tub is going to last a long time.

I’ve tried a lot of toning products over the years, as shampoos, conditioners and pure toners. This conditioning mask toner is the most pigmented I’ve used. For my light (bottle) blonde hair, leaving it for two mins gives the colour a warmth-neutralising’ freshen up’. In five minutes its a silvery blonde. In 7-8 mins its grey. It’d be very easy to leave it too long I suspect. The colour holds up for a couple of future washes, though obviously it depends how lomg its been left on to process. It’s rich, moisturising and leaves hair feeling very soft. I like the smell. My fine, shoulder blade length hair has got about eight uses out of the tub.

Love this product, will be buying again, I have shoulder length hair and used it 3 times and still have always a third of the tub left .Value for money. You do need to wear gloves when applying the product. And if it get on your skin try to wipe it off straight away. Very happy .

I was a bit worried, but used the mask once already – only for 10 minutes but my hair lightened and looks really nice. Next time I will try 15 minutes, as I’m hoping for more ashy look.

I used this product for my blonde dyed hair, but also for some more orange bits that didn’t lighten enough. It didn’t work for the orange bits (my bad for not reading the info properly, it’s only for blonde/silver hair)
However the customer service was amazing. The mask did work really well however for the blonde bits of my hair to make it look really fresh and less brassy.
For sure I’d recommend to try it, as if it doesn’t work for you the customer service is brilliant to sort it out for you.

This product is amazing!!!
Just tried today and since it was very blue I only left it on for 4 minutes and it managed to make my hair from dull from bleach to silky and shiny. It also removed A LOT of yellow and brassiness from my hair but not all the orange in my roots as I believe I need to leave it on a bit longer to remove it all.
Overall, it’s the BEST hair product I have ever tried including professional keratin treatments.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I like this product, its got a nice smell and leaves my menopausal hair feeling soft and looking healthy, just remember to wear gloves and was it out properly if you don’t want blue hair/scalp

Absolutely amazing. My hair was in between appointments & this product brought it back to life. Left on for 5 mins as my hair is ash blonde, and it looks like I have been to the hairdressers. Also left my hair shiny & salon smooth! I have tried numerous toners/masks but this is by far the best!
