Always loved the scandal eyes liner! So easy to use and very pigmented

It’s okay, easy to apply. Although you’ll have to do 2/3 layers as it dries quite patchy. And it doesn’t stay on at all. Knock it even slightly and it smudges.

I’ve used Rommel make up before, so was looking forward to using it.it was ‘okay’ but when applying it, the brush wasn’t leaving a consistent amount of product on the eyelid.
I had to keep going back over it.
Longevity wise, it didn’t stay for as long as I would have liked it to, which made it easy to remove.
It is okay, I would use again but there are others the same price which were better quality.

After a week of use it just wasn’t as good. It was no longer able to draw as precise lines and was a lot less pigmented.
