The item is quite bulky but that suits me because I use a large make-up brush to dry shampoo powder my hair. It keeps the dust localised when the brush is in storage and is easy to rinse. I think it is a little pricey for what it is but handy nontheless!

As the member of a tribute act to the band Kiss, it’s extremely important to me that I have a good storage solution for my brushes. Sure, we only ever perform locally at the pub down at the end of the road. However, on a rainy day I like to use the bus to go one stop down. Okay, it’s not exactly a world tour of every continent, but it technically counts as “travel”, nevertheless, and thus justifies having a proper case. This is roughly the size and shape of a sanitary towel, with a holllow interior. Nowadays tampons are generally more popular, although they would have made an extremely poor template for storing makeup brushes within. Although we aren’t provided with a dressing room at the Swan and Anchor, this has proved suitable for transporting my brushes into the small outdoor smoking shelter. Once there, we all pop on a navy and white stripy jumper and beret, and set to work on painting our faces. Yes, we’re not the strictest of tribute acts but our rendition of “Dieu t’a donné le rock ‘n roll” usually goes down well. We call ourselves “French Kiss”, with myself playing the part of Jean Simmon.

This travel makeup brush holder is stylish, nice, lightweight and compact. I like the color and that it has double-side ventilation holes to keep my brushes clean. It’s washable and I had other brush holders but this is bigger than the others I have and also this has the nylon strap that prevents the brushes from falling apart. So, I’m definitely happy about this!

You can fit more in this than I was expecting! The beige colour is really lovely and the material feels a nice smooth matte type of silicon. Really like this.

Firstly the colour is one of beige dreams, I love!
Its a great size fits my longest brush without any issues. I managed to fit in about 4 brushes that are not too big size but could fit no more, had 2 other brushes I usually travel with that didnt fit in. So this is great to carry out the bare minimum of brushes and thin brushes, no big powder brushes. Its a great pouch, very soft, dust proof and small air vents to allow any wet brushes to dry with a secur velcro strap to keep them from falling out. I need to invest in travel brushes anyway so they should all fit as I will definitely make use of this, much easier to carry around than non flexible hard travel cases.
