No box, No headband – very disappointing, will not use 7th Heaven again

Boxes were battered and no headband in box or mentioned as being included so incorrect description.

When my product arrived the box came damaged and the shipping label was on the box, i was very upset as this was a gift. I decided to send it back and order it again to see if it was any different but this time it was worse and the box was so badly damaged the face masks were falling out. The only good thing about this product is that it is a good price and a nice gift just be prepared to have a different box to put it in!!!

My husband chose this box specially for the headband and for the grey cleansing cloth and sponge. Instead there was no headband and the cloth and sponge are pink. I understand that the masks may vary but to say headband and not receive it is disappointing.

Plenty in packet but box is thin and was battered so didn’t look good as I wanted to give as a gift

Purchased the open box option as wanted to divide the contents anyway & didn’t need the outer box – one mask missing (12 supplied instead of 13), unfortunately it was a hair mask I specifically wanted.
All other products as advertised.
