I don’t normally write bad reviews but in this case it is triggered by ‘customer service’.
Initially I was loving this tool, I found it such a different experience, using the different light tones with the vibrations I definitely enjoyed the effect. My skin at once felt weirdly invigorated yet relaxed at the same time. Wonderful actually, even tried marketing it to my daughter as was so impressed. This was the experience I had until the initial charge ran out (comes charged). I plugged to charge, waited and then went to use. The lights function came on but on pressing it to my neck (this activates the vibration) nothing…. I tried recharging again, then retried again nothing.
I contacted the customer support (which I was initially impressed that you could like directly to them via Amazon). Filled out a query explaining the problem. They got back to me with 24 hours asking for details of order number and a ‘video’ of the problem. Sent them the details (minus video) then nothing….. its been 5 days now. So I am going to send it back asking fo money back and look elsewhere for another brand as broken product and rubbish customer service does give me much hope that replacing the unit would work out well.

I wasn’t sure about buying this product but I must say I love this tool. In particular the warm setting is very relaxing on the face. I am very happy with this purchase.

Been using this for a month now, twice a day on all settings. My husband is convinced my turkey neck has shrunk a bit and is smoother. I have to agree it is better but no dramatic change. Will continue to use.

I like this product and it has made a difference. My face feels more toned. However due to my arthritis in my hands it is difficult to get a grip as the handle is very short. It does work but it is a bit awkward to control but that is due to my hands and not the product. It does the job. Good value for money. Make sure you use moisturiser to assist the ‘slip’ so it can work your face properly and won’t pull. It has made a difference since purchasing. I wanted to use it for a while before reviewing. Prompt delivery.
