Whether you like it or not, plastic toothbrushes do the business and I’ve been using eco friendly bamboo toothbrushes for the past five years. With this toothbrush my mouth felt fresh all day and effectively cleaned.

It is always important to shop around.
These brushes last 3 to 4 weeks of use. Dependent on how hard you brush your teeth and whether you have fillings and crowns in your mouth. It is with light pressure that you are to brush your teeth.

Personally for me these toothbrushes was not to good. They would of been better if they was not as pointed at the end because you can’t clean your tongue well enough with the pointed end
