I purchased this for my daughter as a gift, and she loves it; initially, she was struggling to understand how to use it, but mom helped her. It’s easy to carry, and the battery lasts a long time. I would recommend this product.

Was happy with this product for the first 2 months with lovely quick and easy curls, then it took ages to heat up and quickly lost its charge. Charged up all day and only got to two bars. I’ve given seller feedback but not heard anything. Would like to return this as it’s not fit for purpose. It’s not used on a daily basis so having this for only 3 months and it’s not working properly I should have a refund.
