When I first plugged the curling iron in, all it was saying was “Error” and “Off” however I soon realized i hadn’t put it together properly. So make sure the two parts are connected properly (as seen in photo). Overall I would recommend this product.

Tried these a couple of times and although they get very hot I just ended up with frazzled hair and a great look of rats tails!! You be better of spending a bit more and getting a known brand. Needless to say I returned them.

I purchased this for my daughter as she always curls her hair. It was great to have lots of different attachments to achieve different curls depending on your preference.
I tried to use it and I wasn’t overly impressed as the curls seemed to fall out quite quickly as opposed to using my wand where they will last all day.

Always wanted bouncy curls and never was achieved however when my husband gifted me this curling set I was able to finally curl my hair and wanted it exactly how I wanted it!

Has everything you need in the box including a heat proof mat and glove so nothing or no one can get burnt.
the heads are easy to change over.
it has good heat and good adjustability of the heat, and heats up quickly.
the attachments are really slippery so her hair does not get caught or pulled.
shuts down after 60 mins so no fear of the house burning down when left on.
