I’m a lip balm bunny and this is my favourite ! I’ve tried loads of others but always come back to this one. I know its pricey but I can’t stand the taste or smell of some others , ( I don’t use lipstick for the same reason ) also this one is very moisturising and lasts a while too . It’s my one indulgence .

I don’t write reviews but feel I need to share my experience today. I received 1 lip balm out of date and the other with 1.5 months until expiry date, when I contacted customer services they advised that I will have to return them, the return point is the other side of town, when I advised them of this they then said that they will collect so I will have to wait in for a collection, this is not convenient as I work, the only other option is they will refund 50%, therefore I have now paid full price for a lip balm that is really short dated and was made to feel like it was my problem that I had this issue, I have left a 1 start review but would be zero if there was that option!

There is nothing not to like about this product. It’s brilliant and my dry and cracked lips are no longer sore since using this.

Very expensive product, I hope it’s going to work as I have very dry lips.
I’ve been using it for about 2 days, it’s very oily and it does smell quite strong, however it seems to work.
