Bought this as a cost cutting exercise to see if it would replace my CeraVe PM as it includes Niacinimide. It was on special offer at £5
It’s just ok. No perfume, which is a winner, but when used over peptide serums it takes ages to soak in, leaves the skin tacky for a good 30 minutes if not more. Also feels slightly sweaty if that makes sense.
Nowhere near as lightweight as the CeraVe PM, which has a more gel like texture so glides on beautifully and soaks in immediately. This is a medium thick cream to is more difficult to spread, has a slight drag to the skin.
It’s now gone up to full price so when I’ve finished the bottle I won’t be buying again as not much difference in cost, may as well buy the moisturiser I prefer.

Very weird texture and scent – kinda smells like porridge oats. Has a nice texture in your hands but its so strange when i put it on my face – it streaks like suncream for a good 10 seconds until its properly rubbed in and then it disappears. It definitely does not leave my skin feeling moisturised, and i can feel it for a good few hours – but maybe that’s my skin. It’d probably be great for someone with extremely oily skin i suppose, but i definitely would not buy it again as its made me realise i seem to have quite dry skin.

This is a good moisturiser with absolutely no scent. I generally use it at night as I feel it is noticeable on my skin so wouldn’t use during the day. Overall though it goes on nice and my skin feels good.
