I am about halfway through the packet and have had to throw away two because, as some of the other reviewers have commented, the applicator doesn’t always plunge. The two parts of the cardboard don’t engage with sufficient traction for insertion to work. I’ve been using tampons for decades, so I don’t think that this is user error.The ones which have gone in have been perfectly comfortable and reasonably absorbent.

Never thought you could get bad tampons but you can. These do not leave the applicator. I’ve tried multiple times so it’s not a one off but they will not come out so are useless. Do not buy.

They’re really comfortable. Since I’ve started using them my headaches are stopped which my GP told me about the chemicals they used in tampax or other brands. And they environmental friendly! That’s ticks all the boxes for me.

Nice quality- really soft and absorbent. No tacky perfume either but they lock the odour away. Nice to know that they’re less harmful to the environment than regular sanitary products. They are definitely a bit pricier than shop bought stuff but I’m happier to pay a little extra for the reduction in environmental harm.

The tampon itself is decent, unfortunately it gets let down by the applicator which for the most part does nothing; it often gets stuck as there’s no way to grip it properly to push down the top of it well (the lines at the top do nothing to help grip unfortunately) so you’re often having to remove the tampon and do it manually, which is very frustrating.

A brilliant product! Comfortable, does the job well and you get a good amount in the box. It’s a relief to be able to use sustainable period products like these that break down without a trace, when other brands still use so much plastic that goes straight in the bin! Also it feels much better to be using organic cotton with no nasty chemicals going down there. They’re worth it for the price knowing that my purchase has helped aid period poverty charities – will be buying again!
