This is the worst eyeliner I’ve ever used. I have hooded eye and after an hour I looked like a panda. It also broke within a few minute of using and difficult to sharpen to a point. No returns policy!!! False claims and can’t return. I’ve had better results from a cheaper Rimmel pencil. Expensive and I bought two! Doesn’t deserve any stars and can’t imagine where the positive reviews are coming from. Avoid!
