They are not as shown in the sales photo! But soak for a while in cool/warm water and they return to a sturdy shape. This can then be cut to length as desired. It is a shock, it makes sense for postage but this is not mentioned in the description.

I purchased a single loofah, from an Amazon associate, in December 2022 for the sum of £10.39.
This pack of 4 cost just £6.37, each was substantially sturdier and larger than the aforementioned single loofah.

Arrived later than expected and were filthy and full of seeds on arrival. Had to rehydrate as expected as they had been squashed in transit. Once washed several times and rehydrated they might be fit to use after cutting off the damaged bits. As this was full of seeds I’m not sure if it is legal to bring them into UK so won’t be buying again….
