I found this very hard to use at first,as the brush was very different from what I had used it has 4 lots of single bristles and the wand is quite flat,so found it difficult to apply.

I have contacted the seller about this, because the security label (which wraps right around the container) leaves a dense, horrible, sticky mess. This means your hand sticks to it every time you pick it up. It won’t clean off. It totally ruins the appearance of the product, which is a large part of what you pay for. I am so sick of this, it’s been the same issue with every item of make-up I have bought from Amazon. Am sick of it. Can’t properly rate the product if it’s a problem before you’ve opened it.

The mascara was not as advertised, lash crown instead of false lash mascara that I have used before. That said, it was value for money at the price, just not what I am used to (or ordered) which is better quality.
