Got some of these from the US last year and so great to see them now in the UK. These work really well! – Recommend you get the ones directly from AMAZON and not from other 3rd party sellers as seem to be a lot of people sell fake products. (must be popular products and I purchased one by mistake – ) ☹

Didn’t see any changes in my acne treatment at all

They do the job they are designed for. Had an angry red pimple appear on my neck, I washed and dried it and applied a patch, the swelling and redness reduced a lot after about 30 minutes of the patch being on. The adhesive is strong, it stayed on overnight (and survived a shower because I forgot it was there) but easy to remove when needed.
I personally don’t care if people can see I am wearing a spot patch but if you prefer it not to be seen then these might not be suitable, they’re quite compared to others available and easily seen, and they have a slight water resistant effect so you might not be able to cover them with make-up.
They do work but they are quite expensive, £17.99 at time of review for 72 patches. I have used other brands that are just has effective but a quarter of the price.
There is nothing special in these that makes them better than any others, they are all the same material, but if you have tried others and they don’t be working then these are a worth a try.

I have tried other brands of these and have always been really disappointed with the staying power of the adhesive and find that the moment you get a bit hot they always started peeling and coming off so was excited to try this brand. They come on a sheet and you have to be careful to peel one off. Applied on clean skin before bed and let it do its work. I found the adhesion much better on these ones thankfully and didn’t have them sticking to my pillow during the night. In the morning my pimple had significantly gone down. Actually impressed with the quality of these.

These do work but be aware that it doesn’t take out the gunk for all types of pimples!
