Best hand cream I’ve ever used. Struggled with dry and cracked hands for a while now, working in healthcare constantly washing hands. This stuff is amazing and actually works. Tried every other brand like Aveeno, heaths, burts bees, okeefes. Nothing worked with lasting results. This stuff is the he’s by far. Not had cracked skin once since using this. The hand wash is also worth purchasing. Thank you for creating something that actually works with lasting results

I had been having fry skin on my hands for quite a number of years, tried all the prescribed creams and also the E45’s in it’s many guises.
Was advised this by a nurse and must say it’s worked perfectly, I even find I don’t need to use hand cream anywhere near as much as I did in the last either.
Only use it a few times a week now where I was using other creams many times a day.

As a lady in my 50s I have suffered all of my adult life with sensitive skin and dry cracked hands and I do mean suffered to the point where my hands were constantly cracking and bleeding. This got worse with the menopause, which has resulted in increasingly dry skin. Not only was this embarrassing, as it often happened whilst I was working but it was also very painful. Having tried just about every hand cream on the market I came across Nursem and decided to give it a go. I have not looked back since!
I used Nursem regularly throughout the day for the first week. Now I generally use Nursem once a day at bedtime and I have not had any cracks appear since I started using it. I bought the fragranced hand cream and whilst I initially was not sure about the scent, I have grown to love it. The cream absorbs well and has given me beautifully soft, younger looking hands.
The bottle has lasted me 3 months, a little goes a long way, and you can get it with a saving on Subscribe and Save. I have bought additional supplies to have throughout the house for when the colder weather appears as my hands are always worse in the colder months. I started using Nursem in February/March this year.
