I use it insted of washing my eyes in the morning. Spray when closed eyes and wipe with a dry tissue. Good after laser eye surgery if you suffer from sore dry eyes. It may be too strong sentence for your eyes.

A little stingy going on but I persevered and it took the pain and swelling down well over night and through the next few days. Still left with a little lump but was very grateful for this purchase.
