I did not know what to expect, I do not usually get this type of product.
The first thing you notice is the smell, very pineapple like and very obvious.
The scrub is quite rough, not unpleasant, and I get quite a good scrub down from this, it feels like a nice way to give the skin a rub down and feel all clean and fresh afterwards.
I am getting used to this, and will use this so I will keep it on the shelf

The packaging for this scrub is a bit underwhelming – it’s a plastic pot with a very basic looking label, and it’s got a plastic seal over the top of the tub that I found very difficult to get off. Once I had done though, I was impressed with the scrub.
The scrub is scented with ylang ylang, and the scent really comes out when you’re rubbing it omto the skin, and lingers on the skin afterwards too. The scrub has a very gritty, salt- like texture without much moisture, and it’s sort of like putting a handful of sand or salt onto your skin. You need to use quite a lot to do the whole body. It does work really well to exfoliate though, and leaves your skin looking and feeling smooth. I didn’t feel any oily residue like there is with some scrubs, which I appreciated.
Overall this is a decent mid-range scrub that’s good for those with flaky skin or those who are looking for a tough, effective exfoliation.

This is a lovely quality body scrub in a nice large tub, you don’t need to use too much for it to be effective and gently exfoliates as you use it. After rinsing my skin felt noticeably softer and smoother and helps especially on dry areas such as knees and elbows.
Gorgeous scent and a lovely quality, effective scrub, recommended.
