This is an excellent product. I have to wear adult nappies as I am incontinent and also sometimes have diarrhoea, so I add these in to my nappies for extra protection. They work great and are very large, covering both all he way up my front and back end. They absorb a lot. However, if you’re thinking of getting them to wear with regular panties, be aware that they will definitely be too bulky.

Product idea men have a natural long tube within their urination ability, but ladies do not within the skin flaps is our exit method design could be greater if the pads was designed to capture the release from the exit as like water it goes everywhere it follows natural creases, gravity and if though hair fissed which sends it everywhere also in leg creases too or if over weight skin flaps so it goes over the back around the body in between legs and pads down legs into shoes or floor the results of the leaks even go over the back over the top of the pads. Urination changes from acid in morning and alkaline hopefully after because the bacteria doesn’t live in alkalinity however the acid type runs rapidly growing bacteria and also the fungal urination problems too. Volume and frequently going is also the biggest problem and if you are outside it is a walking horror and humiliation factor extremely. Also clean up how many toilets that you can go in publicly especially when you are driving long distance? Pressure of urination is also a factor completely overlooked not 2oz dribbles more like hole in a dam trying to plug it with a blaster. Pads should absorb from the exit itself capture and transport every bit to a absorb pad chamber and if possible away from skin and above mentioned info. The area of the exit is small but the effects are dramatic and sometimes infected. Please know that people are greatly disabled by it and discriminated against by it and life becomes a misery.
Traffic jams can last for hours no toilets in that either.
So a flat pad even when ruffled up to increase absorbing ability isn’t doing the job.

Tena products are excellent and quality very reliable. These pads though are HUGE, flat and resemble the old fashioned baby diaper – not a pad. Does the job but so large I’ll change sizes next time I buy.

I purchased these for my mother, specifically for use at night time. They are super absorbant, comfortable, soft, and stay put with nets on throughout the night.
