Great balancing shampoo for general use with least damaging aspects in the ingredients. I use it 3 times a week. If you are trying to boost thicker hair, or faster hair growth, then combine with 2x a week use with Taoist soap for hair growth.
I also would add immortals oil (2 times a week) and bovine collagen daily (as long as its hydrolyzed its good). Nettle tea for detoxifying the liver from hormone residue will give the final boost for hair growth, but also help skin look younger and glowing.
Staying consistent gives better results in terms of hair growth and speed. But be warned, you will have to go to the hair dressers more often, so higher monthly or bi monthly costs. I don’t mind this kind of a problem, as its a good problem to have in my opinion.
