It does taste nice but it only worked partly. After one month my nails grew stronger but my hair is still falling out. I blame my menopause. This unfortunately makes me go back to my previous coffee creamer supplement as it worked much better.

I’m still in doubt, after I started using it my skin got oily and I had several pimples, something I’ve never had in my life, I didn’t see any difference in my hair and my nail was always strong, I used it for 1 month, but I’m in doubt about the pimples if it was the product or a long moment of stress that I went through
