We put one of the ends on and it got stuck. Could t remove it meaning we couldn’t use any other attachment. Sent back and got refund

Heats up so fast and hot!! Please be careful and use the globe it comes with and don’t repeat the same mistake I did ,really like the curls I got from this I have really thick hair and the curls didn’t fall loose and they lasted for 2 days before needing to be recurled.
Very pleased with it,my comb arrived broken though but it’s okay because I don’t use it for my hair texture anyway .
Gloves should’ve had the sticky dots to make gripping easier and it can easily slip and slide

For years I’ve used tongs ,I have naturally wavy hair, with the occasional spiral…..these took me a while to get used to,I burnt my face and the carpet but I persevered….a few weeks later I’d be lost without them ….I find they work better on the lower temperature….the curl stays In and they haven’t damaged my hair in fact its in better condition than when i used tongs ,altho I do use a de frizz cream and heat protector both bought from amazon…..I don’t use the glove as they make me more clumsy…..the only negative thing I can say about them is that the stand needs to be more sturdy (we ended up buying a rug to hide the burn ,but my cat loves it so every cloud….)I’ve been converted !!!!!and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them ….thank you
