I have now used this colour in both bleached and unbleached hair and I think it’s beautiful every time. This is my go to and if I can’t get it I wait to dye my hair. It’s easy to use, gorgeous colour and lasts surprisingly long in my hair.

I’m naturally strawberry blonde – a sort of more faded ginger colour with bits of gold and wanted to go more intense red so about a year and a half ago I discovered Mango Twist and I absolutely love it. It turns out very natural on anyone who’s got any ginger tones in their hair already. The first photo was taken after a fresh dye but after a few days it calms down a bit more as you can see from the second one. It does fade to a lighter ginger tone around 3 to 4 weeks in. I top up my roots every 5th week or so. Be careful when you’re washing it out because the hair can be a little sensitive to snapping and I do find a fair bit in the shower drain when I first wash it out but it’s all about being gentle with it. The root touch up is really easy and the hair always turns out the same colour with no patchiness. I use Elvive generally and am currently using the purple bottle shampoo and conditioner atm and my hair seems to be like silk at the moment even though I dye it with this colour every few weeks. I hope they keep this colour going because it’s just perfect for me!

I buy this regularly for my daughter, as it’s her favourite brand.
I must admit, I’ve tried many different brands of hair dye, myself, over the years, but my daughter’s hair always looks, and feels, fabulous after she’s used this particular one.
I love the sheen on her hair once it’s been done, and the colour density is always good.
I have to say that it always makes her hair look naturally that colour – which it actually was very similar – but it’s as if she’s treated her hair to a wonderful conditioner – which this box actually contains!
The conditioner always leaves her hair super soft, and with a wonderful sheen – and it really does make a difference!

I’ve been using a mix of mango twist and tangerine twist for the last 7 months now and I can’t recommend it enough! The colour is so lovely and natural but so vibrant, the only issue I have is it fades fairly quickly so I’ve limited washing my hair to a few times a week but it’s worth it and it’s soo cheap! Can’t go wrong lol if your looking to go ginger these are your best option 🙂
