I brought these for my grandad he’s a little incontinent 3 times a day we get him on the changing mat holding his legs up taking these off and putting on a new pair for him just like having a newborn baby all over again

Since suffering a stroke, my partner has had issues with leakage. It was so embarrassing and the only solution was to use sanitary pads or embarrassing adult nappies.
The sanitary pads made her soar and uncomfortable. Since using this product her life is just so much better. I am so glad that I found these whilst watching a YouTube channel (advert). I instantly ordered them from Amazon and put them on a subscribe and save which not only guarantees her supply but as a really good price.

Prior to buying these I had remained faithful to abri san products which I found were ideal for my needs but were occasionally unavailable from Amazon. Following extremely poor customer service following my purchase of what were plainly advertised as bladder protection pads, on an occasion of my usual pads being unavailable where I purchased a pack of pads that had no liquid retaining properties at all, despite having a four drop rating and being clearly advertised as for bladder protection,I was pretty much told it was my mistake and that they weren’t designed to get wet. Maybe I was wrong in expecting a replacement,and as the pack had been opened I couldn’t return it to Amazon. So following that I was pretty cross, and determined never to use their products again.
These pads are great, surprisingly absorbent yet very discreet. As I purchased a type suitable for ” large gushes” I initially thought they would be inadequate due to their size. How wrong I was. They do their job. Until I put my glasses on I didn’t realize there was a clearly indicated front and back to these pads and once correctly positioned are comfortable. Best of all ..they are delivered to your door. What’s not to like?

These have made such a difference for my father who has Alzheimer’s. Being able to purchase them in bulk makes it easier to ensure he never runs out. They are a great fit. It helps that they have a label printed at the back, inside, which helps assist in him knowing which way to put them on, when prompted.
